An Invitation to Exhale
Màlaga, Spain 2026
with Andrea & Tai
April 14-19, 2026
A Sanctuary for Body, Mind & Spirit

Leave the noise behind and step into five nights of restoration in the Andalusian countryside—a luxury mountain villa overlooking sweeping valley and lake views. This retreat is an invitation to exhale, to remember who you are beyond routine, and to rediscover strength, softness, and connection through the practice of yoga.

Each day will offer thoughtfully guided movement, space for reflection, nourishing meals, and the freedom to move at your own pace. There are no strict schedules here—only rhythm. Morning flows to awaken the body, evening practices to settle the mind, journaling or quiet coffee at sunrise, afternoons spent by the pool or wandering ancient towns. This is your time to rest, deepen, and return to yourself.

A private chef will prepare nine nourishing lunches and dinners throughout the week, crafted with local ingredients and Mediterranean influences. You are welcome to enjoy local Spanish wines at your leisure (not provided by hosts), honoring a retreat that embraces both ritual and pleasure. One optional group excursion will be offered for those craving exploration—details to come.

Whether you’re seeking stillness, inspiration, challenge, or clarity, this retreat is a soft landing and a call forward. Come exactly as you are. Leave a little more whole.

Your Hosts
Andrea
Fifteen years ago, Andrea arrived in D.C. and found yoga at a moment of transformation—and never looked back. With over a decade of full-time teaching in the DMV, she is trained in Power Vinyasa, Rocket, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning®, and holds her MS in Yoga Therapy. Her classes are playful yet intelligent, rooted in anatomy and curiosity. Expect full-body flows, invitations to explore inversions, and space to meet yourself with honesty. A Pisces sun with a heart of gold, Andrea brings both precision and deep care to every room she leads.

Tai
What began as a workout became a path to clarity, showing Tai how to quiet the noise and move with purpose. Almost ten years into her practice, she leads strong power flows designed to reconnect students to their inner fire. Grounded in heart and community, Tai creates a welcoming space for all levels to build, release, and rediscover their strength. Her teaching is rooted in gratitude and self-inquiry, inviting every yogi to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and find courage and resilience both on and off the mat.
Together, Andrea and Tai are teachers, students, and travelers who believe retreat is not an escape, it’s a return. A return to breath, to joy, to wholeness.
Our Shared Intention
We are teachers, students, and travelers who believe in balance—effort and ease, stillness and silliness, reverence and joy. We don’t believe in perfect poses or silent suffering. We believe in movement as medicine, retreat as return, and community as one of life’s great teachers. By attending this retreat, we hope you find: Rest. Courage. Clarity. Connection. A breath you didn’t know you were holding. Come with an open heart. Leave with a fuller one.
