what to expect
private sessions usually last around 60-90 minutes, or longer if you like.
our work together will likely include a muscular assessment and mobility work, as well as a personalized program based on your goals. For example, working towards a specific pose, calming the mind and refreshing the body, or fine-tuning your practice through one-on-one instruction.
